According to articles 18 and 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications" the National commission which performs state regulation in the field of communication and informatization SOLVED:
1. Approve:
1.1. Limiting rates for public telecommunication services for the period from May 01, 2013 to October 31, 2013 inclusive which are applied.
1.2. Limiting rates for public telecommunication services for the period since November 01, 2013 which are applied.
2. The decision of the National commission which performs state regulation in the field of communication and informatization of June 21, 2012 No. 308 "About Limiting approval of rates for public telecommunication services", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2012 for No. 1031/21343, to declare invalid.
3. To provide to department of the economic analysis together with Legal support department in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. The decision becomes effective from 01:05. 2013, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
