According to the subitem 30 of Item 7 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of November 20, 2012 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning regulation of town-planning activities" I ORDER to No. 5496-VI:

1. Approve the Procedure for acceptance in operation of individual (farmstead) apartment houses, garden, country houses, economic (home) buildings and constructions, extensions to them, public houses and buildings and constructions of agricultural purpose of I and II categories of complexity which are built without the permission on accomplishment of construction works, and carrying out technical inspection of their building constructions and engineering networks which is applied.

2. Determine what the reports on carrying out technical inspection of building constructions and engineering networks constituted after January 05, 2013 is effective in case of submission of documents for acceptance in operation of the individual (farmstead) apartment houses, garden, country houses, economic (home) buildings and constructions, extensions to them built during the period from August 05, 1992 to March 12, 2011 and public houses I and II of categories of complexity which are built till March 12, 2011.
