About approval of the State target program of increase in level of traffic safety in Ukraine for the period till 2016
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the State target program of increase in level of traffic safety in Ukraine for the period till 2016 (further the Program) which is applied.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of infrastructure, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing, Public service of emergency situations, the State agency of highways, the State inspectorate for safety on the land transport, to Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations together with the Ministry of Finance to provide in time of creation of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine and local budgets for the corresponding year of means, necessary for accomplishment of tasks and actions of the Program.
3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations determined by contractors of the Program to submit annually till February 10 to the Ministry of Internal Affairs information on condition of accomplishment of the Program for its generalization and provision till March 1 of the year coming behind the accounting period, to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
