3. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

The list of the state target programs which accomplishment stops ahead of schedule

1. State target scientific and technical and the Science at Universities social program for 2008-2017.

2. State target scientific and technical program "Development and Deployment of Energy Saving LED Light Sources and Lighting Systems on Their Basis".

3. The state target program of preparation, retraining and advanced training of specialists in the field of the European integration and Euro-Atlantic cooperation of Ukraine for 2008-2015.

4. The state target program of implementation in teaching and educational process of general education educational institutions of information and communication technologies "Hundred percent" for the period till 2015.

5. The state target development program of vocational training for 2011-2015.

6. The state target social program of improvement of quality of school natural and mathematical education for the period till 2015.
