1. Approve "The list of the vaccine-challenged complications granting the right to temporary disability benefit" (is attached).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

The list of the vaccine-challenged complications granting the right to temporary disability benefit

Treat the postvatsinalny complications which are followed by violation of health within 4 weeks in connection with introduction of vaccine (except for specially stipulated cases):

1. Local reactions:

1.1. abscess on site injections;

1.2. lymphadenitis.

2. Additional reactions from the central nervous system:

2.1. the vaktsino-associated paralytic poliomyelitis; sharp slow paralysis which neurologic violations continue 60 days 4-30 days later after acceptance of the oral full-virus vaccine (OFVV) or 4-75 days later after contact with the vaccinated child;

2.2. the syndrome Guyenne-Barra developing within 30 days after immunization;

2.3. the encephalopathy developing within 1-4 weeks after immunization;

2.4. the encephalitis developing within 1-4 weeks after immunization;

2.5. the meningitis confirmed with research of cerebrospinal fluid (on condition of detection of pleotsitoz and microorganisms).

4. Anaphylactoid reactions.

5. Anaphylactic shock.
