About approval of some Rules connected with the legislation on water of the Azerbaijan Republic

Based on the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of the Water code of the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 26, 1997" of March 13, 1998 the No. 685 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Rules of regulation of use and protection of water objects", "Rules of preparation and application of limits of water use", "Rules of development, approval, conducting state examination, approval and implementation of schemes of complex use and protection of water reserves", "Rules of approval of plans of intraeconomic use of water and system-wide plans for water use" (are attached).

2. Consider invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijani SSR "About the resolution of Council of Ministers of the USSR "About procedure for development and approval of schemes of complex use and protection of waters" of June 2, 1976 No. 408" of August 4, 1976 No. 259 (except the Section IV).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
