About the List of levels of transport safety and procedure for their announcement

According to article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About transport safety" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the List of levels of transport safety it (is applied).

2. Determine that the level of safety of objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles No. 1 is effective constantly if other level of safety is not announced.

3. Determine that levels of safety of objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles No. 2 and No. 3 appear (are entered) and cancelled by subjects of transport infrastructure on the basis:

- decisions of heads of educated operational staff in the subjects of the Republic of Tajikistan or the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan (authorized by them officials) about change of the degree of threat to making of the act of illegal intervention in activities of transport complex;

- decisions of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan (the officials authorized by them) on change of the degree of threat to making of the act which does not have character of illegal intervention in activities of transport complex.

4. Levels of safety of objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles No. 2 and No. 3 can appear (to be entered) concerning one and group (two and more) objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles.
