About timely preparation of industries of economy and the social sphere of the Republic for smooth and effective operation during the autumn and winter period of 2013-2014

Monthly no later than the 15th to represent to the ministries, departments, the companies, the organizations, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan the detailed information about the course of accomplishment of the Actions plan, stipulated in Item 1 this Resolution.
3. For coordination of works on smooth functioning of industries of economy and the social sphere of the Republic of Tajikistan during the autumn and winter period of 2013-2014 to create the Republican headquarters on timely preparation of industries of economy and the social sphere of the republic for smooth and effective operation during the autumn and winter period of 2013-2014 (appendix 2).
4. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- monthly no later than the 20th to submit the Republican headquarters summarized information on the course of accomplishment of the mentioned Actions plan;
