Approve "Procedure for determination of hygienic and ecological standard rates of quality of atmospheric air and admissible level of physical impact on it" and "Procedure for state registration of the hazardous substances and substances potentially dangerous to human health and the environment" (are applied).

To the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic to review hygienic and ecological standard rates of quality of atmospheric air and admissible levels of physical impact on it taking into account international standards and the existing state of environment.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijani SSR "About the resolution of Council of Ministers of the USSR "About standard rates of admissible limits of emission in the atmosphere of pollutants and harmful physical impacts on it" of December 12, 1981 No. 1180" of January 5, 1982 No. 2.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
