Article 3. Part the second Article 1 after the word of "banks" to add 1) with the words "and other credit institutions";

2) in Article 2:

"Auditor activities are understood as business activity of auditing organizations on rendering auditor services";

add with part two of the following content:

The procedure for issue, renewal, cancellation of the qualification certificate of the auditor, prolongation and termination of its action is determined by specially authorized state body";

8) in Article 9:

state part one in the following edition:

"Audit inspection - verification by auditing organizations of the financial reporting and the related financial information of business entity for the purpose of establishment of reliability and compliance of the financial reporting and other financial information to the legislation on financial accounting";

add with part three of the following content:

"The audit inspection performed on the basis of international standards of audit is carried out on condition of observance of restrictions, the stipulated in Article 16 these Laws";

9) in Article 10 part one:

to add the paragraph of the eighth with the words "and state unitary enterprises";

add with the paragraph the ninth the following content:

"stock and commodity exchanges";

Part the fourth Article 13 to state 10) in the following edition:

"The customer of audit inspection shall pay timely services of auditing organization according to the agreement on rendering auditor services";

11) in Article 16 part one:

in the subitem "v" of the word "second and third" shall be replaced with words "second, third and eighth";

add with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"d) concerning business entity whose employee is at the same time the employee of this auditing organization";
