About changes in structure of National anti-corruption committee

1. In partial change of Article 2 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 16, 2012 No. 201 "About some questions of National anti-corruption committee":

To enter 1) into structure of National anti-corruption committee of the following persons:

Magutu Roman Nikolaevich is the Chairman of Audit Chamber (in consent)

Rybak Vladimir Vasilyevich is the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (in consent)

Yakimenko Alexander Grigoryevich is the Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine;

To approve 2) as a part of National anti-corruption committee of the following persons:

Kivalov Sergey Vasilyevich is the Chairman of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning supremacy of law and justice (in consent)

Klimenko Alexander Viktorovich is the Minister of the income and charges of Ukraine

Lukash Elena Leonidovna is the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Portnov Andrey Vladimirovich is the Adviser to the President of Ukraine;

To remove 3) from structure of National anti-corruption committee of I. Kaletnik, I. Kalinin, V. Litvin, A. Oblako, V. Shvets.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
