Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 14, 2008 N 520 "About bases of pricing and procedure for regulation of rates, allowances and limiting indexes in the field of organization activity of utility complex" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 29, by Art. 3518; 2009, N 38, Art. 4502).

Changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 14, 2008 No. 520

1. In the pricing Bases in the field of organization activity of utility complex approved by the specified resolution:

a) to state the subitem 5 of Item 6 in the following edition:

"5) rates for services in utilization of municipal solid waste.";

b) state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. Rates for services in utilization, neutralization and burial of municipal solid waste (rates for services in utilization) are established using straight-line rate at the rate of payment for implementation of utilization, neutralization and burial of 1 cubic meter or 1 ton of municipal solid waste.";

c) in subitems 5 and 14 of Item 9 of the word "utilization (burial)" shall be replaced with words "services in utilization";

d) in Item 50 to exclude the word of "(burial)".
