1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about procedure for calculation and payment of fees on obligatory national social insurance on case of unemployment and accounting of their revenues in Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine to case of the unemployment approved by the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of December 18, 2000 No. 339, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on January 16, 2001 for No. 30/5221 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To provide to the director of the department of social insurance and partnership O. Postoyuk submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
