1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on carrying out public technological and price audit of large investment projects with the state participation;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that this resolution, is not applied to the large investment projects with the state participation (further - investment projects) included in federal targeted investment program for 2013 and for planning period of 2014 and 2015, the state defense order for 2013 and for planning period of 2014 and 2015, except as specified, of stipulated in Item 55 Provisions, approved by this resolution.

3. To federal agency on construction and housing and communal services:

a) approve in a month:

form of the conclusion about carrying out public technological and price audit of investment projects;

form of the summary conclusion about carrying out public technological audit of investment projects;

b) approve procedure for forming of the list of the expert organizations and physical persons which can be involved in carrying out public technological and price audit of investment projects in 2-month time;

c) approve in 2-month time from the date of acceptance of this Item of procedure specified in the subitem "b" the list of the expert organizations and physical persons which can be involved in carrying out public technological and price audit of investment projects;
