Item 13 of the Instruction on procedure for the address in system of customs authorities with tests and samples of the goods moved through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 9, 2003 No. 01-02/16-27 (рег. No. 1269 of August 29, 2003) (Bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 16), to state in the following edition:
"13. Acceptance of tests (samples) is registered in "The magazine of arrival registration of tests and samples" in form according to appendix No. 4a.
From the moment of acceptance of tests (samples) carrying out their researches in customs laboratory shall not exceed:
3 working days for tests (samples) of the goods which are drawn up in the corresponding customs regimes according to the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
30 days for the cases connected with judicial examinations.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
