the resolution of the State military-industrial committee of the Republic of Belarus and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2006 No. 15/130 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for issue of licenses for import of military products, the cryptography and special technical means and export of specific goods (works, services), and also registration of agreements (contracts) under the general license" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 27, 8/15646);
