About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About counteraction of extremist activities"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About counteraction of extremist activities" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2005, No. 11, the Art. 901) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 13:

state part 2 in the following edition:

2. Add Article 15 with part 5 of the following content:

"The author and (or) the contractor of printed, audio-, audiovisual and other materials (works) containing at least one of signs, provided by part one of article 1 of this Law, by a court decision is recognized person performing extremist activities and bear (bears) responsibility in the procedure established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
