About creation of non-commercial joint-stock company "State opera and ballet theater "Astana Opera"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create non-commercial joint-stock company "The state opera and ballet theater "Astana Opera" (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of society the organization and holding the scenic, spectacular actions directed to practical realization of cultural policy of the state in the field of opera and ballet art and concert performance.

3. To create the authorized capital of society at the expense of the republican property which is on balance of the republican state state company "National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Kulyash Bayseitovoy" according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

4. Create the Board of trustees under society (further - the board of trustees) in structure according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the board of trustees.

6. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee on culture of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) approval of the charter of society;

2) state registration of society in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) transfer to Committee on culture of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of the state block of shares of society;

4) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

7. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
