About measures for the organization and carrying out the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange in 2013

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 12, 2007 No. UP-3937 "About Measures for Further Strengthening of Intra-branch and Cross-industry Industrial Cooperation", resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 1, 2009 No. PP-1236 "About additional measures for deepening of localization of production of finished goods, components and materials on the basis of industrial cooperation" and of January 29, 2013 No. PP-1913 "About measures for further increase in competitiveness of domestic production and strengthening of fight against illegal commodity importation", and also for the purpose of the organization of preparation and carrying out the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange in 2013 at the high organizational level the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Economics and Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades of the Republic of Uzbekistan on carrying out in 2013:

The international industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange on two-stage basis: at the first stage in March-June, 2013 of godaterritorialny and industry industrial fairs, at the second stage from October 29 to November 2, 2013 - the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange;

fairs of consumer goods of national production within the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange, and also territorial and industry industrial fairs.

2. Approve:

the schedule of carrying out territorial, industry industrial fairs and the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange in 2013 according to appendix No. 1;

complex actions for preparation and carrying out territorial, industry industrial fairs and the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange in 2013 according to appendix No. 2;

preferential tariff quotations on services of JSC NVK Uzekspotsentr according to appendix No. 3.

3. Confer the personal responsibility for high-quality preparation and timely carrying out territorial and industry industrial fairs as important stage of preparation for the International industrial fair and Cooperation exchange, on heads of the corresponding complexes of the Cabinet of Ministers, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, Commerce and industry chamber, bodies of the public and economic board.

4. To the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades together with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent to make careful selection of subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship first of all from among the companies realizing projects of localization, meaning creation of conditions for further development of production cooperation and export of products of national production.

5. During preparation and carrying out territorial, industry industrial fairs and the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, bodies of the public and economic board:

creation of system of stable long-term cooperation relations, expansion of number of participants and projects of localization of production of finished goods, components and materials based on local raw materials and industrial cooperation, active involvement in industrial cooperation of the companies from among subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship;

in a month development, approval in accordance with the established procedure of the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades of the Republic of Uzbekistan and approval in the corresponding complexes of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of complex measures for reducing import, to development of new types of import-substituting and localizable products, active involvement in this process of subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship, expansion on this basis of stable cooperation relations between the companies;

together with Organizing committee for carrying out vystavokyarmarok of domestic nonfood consumer goods (A. Shaykhov) the organization and holding fairs of consumer goods of national production with attraction of wide range of the domestic enterprises issuing goods of consumer appointment including subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship and consumers.

6. (R. Azimov) to provide to permanent Organizing committee of the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange:

coordination of activities of bodies of the public and economic board for high-quality preparation and carrying out territorial, industry industrial fairs and the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange in 2013;

if necessary timely adoption of the operational decisions directed to the accurate organization of realization of planned activities within the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange.

7. JSC NVK Uzekspotsentr:

provide in short-term lease to participants of industry industrial fairs, the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange on the preferential quotations provided in appendix No. 3 to this resolution, the stand spaces and the equipment;

in 4 days prior to another action to complete registration of the territory and building of pavilions.

8. Directorates of the International industrial fair and Cooperation exchange:

till March 15, 2013 to provide updating of the single information database of products made in the Republic of Uzbekistan for the presentation it during territorial and industry industrial fairs;

till October 20, 2013 to provide release of the Catalogue of industrial output of Uzbekistan.

9. To provide to academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan participation in industrial fairs and the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange of the profile research organizations and the presentation of project proposals of new technologies and productions, and also products demanded within development of cooperation bonds.

10. National broadcasting company of Uzbekistan, to National news agency of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent to provide broad advertizing and lighting in mass media of actions of the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange.

11. To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan respect for public order and measures of fire safety in venues of territorial, industry industrial fairs and the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange.

12. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
