In Item 13 (1) the Procedure for the appointment and payment of monthly compensation payments to separate categories of citizens approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 3, 1994 N 1206 (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, N 29, Art. 3035; 2012, N 22, Art. 2867):

a) in paragraph one of the word "except for service record" to exclude;

b) add with the paragraph of the following content:

"The statement and electronic image of the service record are signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature of the applicant.

The documents directed in the form of electronic documents are signed by the officials of bodies or organizations authorized on signing of such documents the strengthened qualified digital signature if the legislation of the Russian Federation for signing of these documents does not establish other type of the digital signature.".
