In pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About technical safety" of February 2, 2000 the No. 269 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Rules of conducting examination of technical safety" (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Rules of conducting examination of technical safety

I. General provisions

1.1. These rules are prepared on the basis of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About technical safety", the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About technical safety" of February 2, 2000 No. 269 also is established by requirements to discipline of conducting examination of technical safety on potentially dangerous objects (further - "examination"), to creation and approval of the conclusion by its results.

1.2. According to article 14 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic examination expatiates "On technical safety" on:

* the project documentation on construction, expansion, reconstruction, technical updating, preservation and liquidation of potentially dangerous object;

* the equipment and technical installations used on potentially dangerous object;

* buildings and constructions on potentially dangerous object;
