Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About individual housing construction in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic Kyrgyzstan, 1991, No. 22, the Art. 700) the following changes:
1. State Article 12 in the following edition:
"Article 12. Control of withdrawal of the parcels of land and designing of individual apartment houses
Control of withdrawal of the parcels of land and designing of individual apartment houses performs authorized state body on development and realization of policy in the field of architectural and construction activities.".
2. Regarding 1 Article 16 of the word of "relevant organs of the State committee on cases of construction and architecture of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body on supervision and control in the field of architectural and construction activities".
3. Regarding the 2nd Article 17 of the word "competent authorities of the State Committee for construction and architecture of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body on supervision and control in the field of architectural and construction activities".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
