About reorganization of the separate republican state companies of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize:
1) the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Aktyubinsk state university of K. Zhubanov" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Aktyubinsk state teacher training college" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan by merge in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Aktyubinsk regional state university of K. Zhubanov" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Semipalatinsk state university of Shakarim" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Semipalatinsk state teacher training college" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan by merge in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The state university of Shakarim of the city of Semey" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Determine:
1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry concerning the companies the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the main object of activity of the companies implementation of activities in the field of the higher and postgraduate education, and also in the field of scientific research.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
