About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for provision of social guarantees and compensations to the population of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About social protection of the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" of February 22, 1994 No. 79 the following changes:

- in Items 6 and 8 of the word "in the field of social protection" and "social security authorities" shall be replaced with words "in the field of social development" and "territorial authorities of social development" respectively;

- in Regulations on the procedure for provision of social guarantees and compensations to the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash approved by the above-stated resolution:

in Item 12 of the word "social security authorities" shall be replaced with words "territorial authorities of social development".

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the rights and guarantees of the rehabilitated citizens, injured repressions for political and religious beliefs, on social, national and other features" of September 28, 1995 No. 401 the following changes:

- in Items 3 and 4 of the word "in the field of social protection" and "with social security authorities" shall be replaced with words "in the field of social development" and "with territorial authorities of social development" respectively;

- in Regulations on procedure for recovery of the rights of the rehabilitated citizens, injured repressions for political and religious beliefs, on social, national and other features, approved by the above-stated resolution:
