1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of control of remuneration payment to authors of the technologies and/or their components (further - technologies) developed at the expense of means of the government budget (further - budgetary funds) and property rights on which are transferred according to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of activities in the field of transfer of technologies" (farther the Law), and also remuneration payment monitoring to persons who perform transfer of technologies.
