About approval of samples of documents for export of movable cultural values of modern production

   For the purpose of application of provisions of the Art. 18, paragraphs (Law No. 280 14,15) of December 27, 2011 about protection of national movable cultural heritage I ORDER:

   1. Approve the following samples of documents for export of movable cultural values of modern production:

   1.1. The declaration of the author, physical persons in case of final or temporary export of cultural values (appendix No. 1);

   1.2. The reference issued by legal entities of the public or private law in case of export of cultural values for the organization of exhibitions, cultural exchange, cultural events and actions, artistic tours (appendix No. 2);

   2. Approve the List of categories of cultural values for which Authorization on export (appendix No. 3) is necessary.

   3. (Mr. Sergius Chokanu) to provide to management of cultural heritage and fine arts publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

   4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Mr. Gheorghe of POSTIKE.
