About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to article 41 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", articles 68 and 69 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Item 2.7 of Chapter 2 of the Regulations on procedure for conducting financial accounting in banks of Ukraine during the special period and renewal of financial accounting in banks of Ukraine in case of violation of continuity of its maintaining approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 21, 2004 No. 24, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 10, 2004 for No. 178/8777 (with changes) to state in such edition:

"2.7. Transactions which are performed by banks during the special period shall be displayed on the corresponding accounts of the chart of accounts of financial accounting of banks of Ukraine according to their appointment".

2. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 22.07.2014 No. 435

3. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 07, 1997 No. 217 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure of payments and financial accounting of transactions with bonds of internal state savings loan of 1997", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 30, 1997 for No. 277/2081.

4. To accounting department (Lukasiewicz B. V.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.
