About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 20, 2004 No. 757

1. In Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 20, 2004 No. 757 "About streamlining of system of registration, issue, use and accounting of permissions to international carriages of passengers and loads road transport", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2004 for No. 1075/9674, "registrations, issues, uses, accounting and the reporting concerning permissions of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport (ECMT) to transportation of goods by road transport between member countries of EKMT" shall be replaced with words "carrying out tender and issue of allowing documents of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport".

2. Make changes to the Procedure for registration and issue of permissions to trip on the territories of foreign states in case of accomplishment of transportations of passengers and loads by road transport in the international message, their exchange and accounting approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 20, 2004 No. 757, registered on August 31, 2004 for No. 1075/9674, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
