1. In the title and the text of the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of January 23, 2004 No. 105 "About approval of the Procedure for determination of initial cost of blocks of shares of open joint stock companies which are subject to sale at tenders", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2004 for No. 135/8734, the word "open" to replace with the word of "public".

2. According to the procedure of determination of initial cost of blocks of shares of open joint stock companies which are subject to sale at tenders, No. approved by the order to Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of January 23, 2004 105, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2004 for No. 135/8734, of the word of "open joint stock companies" in all cases, and numbers shall be replaced with words "public joint stock companies" in the corresponding cases, and numbers.

3. To provide to management concerning estimative activities submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of coordination of development and accomplishment of program documents, assessment and the order objects of state-owned property.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
