About improvement of ecological condition of the Krasnopavlovsky water storage basin in the Kharkiv region and river the Seversky Donets

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Allocate to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources (for the State agency of water resources) means in the amount of 40000 thousand hryvnias for implementation of actions concerning improvement of ecological condition of the Krasnopavlovsky water storage basin in the Kharkiv region and river the Seversky Donets by balance of the State fund of protection of the surrounding environment which was formed by condition for January 1, 2013.

2. Appendix to the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for protection against harmful effect of waters of rural settlements and agricultural holdings, complex antiflood protection in the basin of the river. Yew in the Transcarpathian region, to No. 137 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 23, 2011 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 14, Art. 575; 2012, No. 15, Art. 558, No. 43, Art. 1670, No. 67, Art. 2751; 2013, No. 11, the Art. 421) to add with Item 11 of such content:

"11. Carrying out water exchange of the Krasnopavlovsky water storage basin.".

3. To provide to the state agency of water resources:

use of the funds allocated according to this resolution according to Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for protection against harmful effect of waters of rural settlements and agricultural holdings, complex antiflood protection in the basin of the river.
