About approval of limit of consumption of electrical, heat energy, natural gas, water and withdrawal of drains for state-financed organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2013-2014

2. To state bodies in week time:

- distribute the annual limit of consumption of electrical, heat energy, natural gas, water and withdrawal of drains of subordinated divisions set by this resolution;

- in accordance with the established procedure to bring limit of consumption of electrical, heat energy and natural gas to subordinated organizations;

- provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and the relevant electro-, warm, gas supplying companies, and also the proizvodstvennoekspluatatsionny company "Bishkekvodokanal" the complete inundated list of subordinated organizations, with indication of the set limit.

3. To local government bodies (under approval), to local public administrations, in time and procedure, determined by Item 2 of this resolution to distribute and bring limit of consumption of electrical, heat energy, natural gas, water and withdrawal of drains to the state-financed organizations financed from the local budget.
