About single questions of the organization and holding cultural and spectacular actions

For the purpose of enhancement of activities for the organization and holding cultural and spectacular actions in the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2010 No. 542 "About holding cultural and spectacular actions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 253, 1/12043) the following changes:

in the name of the word "About Carrying Out" shall be replaced with words "About the organization and carrying out";

in Item 1 of the word "about carrying out" shall be replaced with words "about the organization and carrying out";

To be reworded as follows the regulations on holding cultural and spectacular actions approved by this Decree it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

2.1. for certification on the right of the organization and holding kulturnozrelishchny action in the territory of the Republic of Belarus the state fee at the rates according to appendix is collected;

2.2. when holding several cultural and spectacular actions * the state fee for certification on the right of the organization and holding cultural and spectacular action in the territory of the Republic of Belarus is levied once at the rate according to appendix to this Decree depending on the largest project capacity of the scenic platform on which carrying out one of these actions is planned, and in case of its absence - depending on the greatest number of tickets of admission planned to realization when carrying out one of these actions.
