About the organization and holding cultural and spectacular actions

For the purpose of enhancement of activities for holding cultural and spectacular actions in the Republic of Belarus:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the organization and holding cultural and spectacular actions.

2. Recognize to invalid:

The presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 13, 2008 No. 259 "About the organization of tour and concert activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 119, 1/9691);

subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 11, 2009 No. 305 "About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus, recognition voided the decree and separate provisions of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 146, 1/10770).

3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in three-months time:

provide reduction of the legislation in compliance with this Decree;

together with regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom to take other measures for implementation of this Decree.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the Ministry of Culture, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom within their competence.

5. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2011, except for Item 3 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of official publication of this Decree.
