1. Approve the Order of interaction of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine with Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations as the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Defence of Ukraine who is applied.
2. Determine Management of interaction with Public service of Ukraine by emergency situations of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine responsible for the organization of interaction of structural divisions of the office of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine with Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations.
3. To provide to legal support department of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
