Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine on March 27, 2013 No. 198 "About approval of the Order of interaction of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine with Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations as the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Defence of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 18, 2013 in case of No. 626/23158 (with changes).
2. To provide to the head of department of ecological safety and antimine activities of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
