1. Approve "The regulations on the Elektronnoye Pravitelstvo portal (are applied).

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.1. to prepare and provide to two-month time to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the project "The state program on expansion of electronic services in state bodies and to development of "The electronic government" in 2013-2015", considering the approved offers of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic and the State services agency to citizens and social innovations in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

2.2. to prepare and provide to two-month time to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the offers connected with regulation of creation of the state information systems and resources and their managements;
