Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 256-FZ "About additional measures of the state support of the families having children" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 19; 2008, No. 52, Art. 6243; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4210; 2011, No. 1, Art. 52; No. 27, Art. 3880; 2012, No. 31, Art. 4322) following changes:

Part 2 of Article 8 to add 1) with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) discrepancies of the organization with which the loan agreement on acquisition (construction) of premises, to the requirements established by part 7 of article 10 of this Federal Law, and also non-compliance with the condition established by part 8 of article 10 of this Federal Law is signed.";

2) Article 10:

a) add with part 7 of the following content:

"7. Funds (part of means) of the maternity (family) capital are allocated for repayment of principal debt and interest payment on the loans on acquisition (construction) of premises granted citizens according to the loan agreement on acquisition (construction) of premises signed with one of the organizations which is:

1) credit institution according to the Federal Law "About Banks and Banking Activity";

2) ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 08.03.2015 No. 54-FZ

3) credit consumer cooperative according to the Federal Law of July 18, 2009 No. 190-FZ "About credit cooperation";
