About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine which regulate procedure for movement of currency values through customs border of Ukraine
According to Item 14 of Article 7 and article 44 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 5, of 11, 13 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", and also for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine which regulate procedure for movement of currency values through customs border of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. In paragraph six of item 4 of Chapter 4 of the Instruction about movement of cash and bank metals through customs border of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 27, 2008 No. 148, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on June 11, 2008 for No. 520/15211 (with changes) shall be replaced with words words of "cargo customs declaration" "customs declaration".
2. Bring in the Regulations on movement of securities through customs border of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 22, 2011 No. 469, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 24, 2012 for No. 105/20418, such changes:
