1. Bring in the Procedure for obtaining by insured persons and members of their families of sanatorium treatment which is paid by fund of social insurance for temporary disability, No. approved by the resolution of board of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability of February 25, 2009 12, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 14, 2009 for No. 339/16355, such changes:

1.1. In the Section I:

exclude Item 1.6.

With respect thereto to consider Item 1.7 Item 1.6.

1.2. In the Section II:

state Item 2.1 in such edition:

"2.1. Planning of permits for departments of Fund the next year it is performed by Executive directorate of Fund within the assignments provided by the budget of Fund on sanatorium treatment in the current year according to the estimate of the program for recovery of health of insured persons and members of their families (further - the estimate of the program), taking into account the predicted consumer price index and in proportion to the number of insured persons in department of Fund at the rate of expenses on one worker according to the sredneuchetny number of staff employees of accounting structure condition for October 1 of the current year according to the State register of obligatory national social insurance.
