About modification and amendments in the Law on permission of accomplishment of construction works No. 163 of July 9, 2010

   The Parliament adopts this organic law.

    Art. I. – In the Law on permission of accomplishment of construction works No. 163 of July 9, 2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 155-158, 549), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

   1. Part (Article 12 to state 10) in the following edition:

   "(10) the Issuer shall provide till three working days the copy of the construction license to the State inspection in construction for data.".

   2. In Article 27:

   part ("limits" to add 1) after the word with the word and figure" (appendix 6)";

   in part (words" which shall not exceed 50 lei" to exclude 2);

   in part (words" which shall not exceed 100 lei" to exclude 3).

   3. Add the law with appendix 6 according to appendix to this law.

    Art. II. – (1) This law becomes effective since June 1, 2013.

   (2) to the Government in three-months time from the date of adoption of this law:

   – provide to Parliament of the offer on reduction of the current legislation to compliance with this law;

   – bring the regulations into accord with this law.
