1. The procedure for the notification about mobilization (dalee-Poryadok) regulates obligations and tasks of heads of the companies, organizations and other organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership (further the organizations), concerning the notification of the citizens staying in inventory, recruits and suppliers of the equipment by mobilization preparation and mobilization.
2. According to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About general conscription and military service" soldiers, sergeants, the foremen, officers, generals consisting in inventory hereinafter are referred to as as the citizens staying in inventory, and the citizens attributed to draft sites recruits.
