About acceptance in average special, professional educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2013/2014 academic year

For the purpose of providing complete scope of graduates of the 9th classes of comprehensive schools with training in professional colleges and the academic lyceums, target and high-quality training with secondary vocational, professional education by the professions and the specialties Cabinet of Ministers demanded in industries and spheres of economy of regions of the republic decides:

1. Accept offers of the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population, the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, the Ministry of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent on reshaping from 2013/2014 academic years of 26 professional colleges in the republic territories according to the appendix N№1, the economies prepared on the basis of the critical analysis of the actual demand of graduates of professional colleges by specific professions in industries and spheres.

2. Approve general parameters of acceptance of graduates of the 9th classes of comprehensive schools in the professional colleges and the academic lyceums of the republic for 2013/2014 academic year prepared by the Ministry of Economics, the Center of secondary vocational, professional education of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent proceeding from the real need of industries of economy for specialists with secondary vocational, professional education, according to appendices No. No. 2 and 2.1-2.13.

3. State commission on acceptance in educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan (A. I. Ikramov), proceeding from the set general parameters of acceptance in professional colleges and the academic lyceums of the republic, based on offers of the Ministry of Economics, Center of secondary vocational, professional education of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent in two weeks to approve acceptance parameters for 2013/2014 academic year of graduates of the 9th classes of comprehensive schools on each academic lyceum and professional college by areas, the cities and areas. At the same time to pay special attention on providing complete scope of graduates of the 9th classes of comprehensive schools with training in professional colleges and the academic lyceums taking into account demand of pupils and their parents for training in the elite and the specialties demanded in economy industries, availability in educational institutions of necessary material and technical resources.

4. Grant the right to State commission on acceptance in educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make, if necessary, changes to acceptance indicators in the academic lyceums and professional colleges for the purpose of providing complete scope of graduates of the 9th classes of comprehensive schools with training in average special, professional educational institutions.

5. To provide to the center of secondary vocational, professional education of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the ministries and departments having average special, professional educational institutions in the maintaining unconditional accomplishment of the set general parameters of acceptance of graduates of the 9th classes of comprehensive schools in the academic lyceums and professional colleges for 2013/2014 academic year and till August 10 of the current year to provide final information on results of acceptance in the Cabinet of Ministers.

6. Assign to the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokim of areas, areas and cities, heads of the Ministry of national education and its territorial authorities the personal responsibility for providing complete scope of graduates of the 9th classes of comprehensive schools with further training in the academic lyceums and professional colleges. At the same time to pay special attention on scope training in professional colleges and the academic lyceums of girls graduates of the 9th classes of comprehensive schools. Till August 15 of the current year to report on final results of scope of graduates of the 9th classes in the Cabinet of Ministers.

7. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure allocation from the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan of necessary funds for content of professional colleges and academic lyceums taking into account the acceptance parameters approved for 2013/2014 academic year in average special, professional educational institutions.

8. To the center of secondary vocational, professional education of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments, public authorities on places prior to the beginning of 2013/2014 academic years to take measures for the organization high-quality educational воспитального process in reprofiled and in the professional colleges and branches which are again put into operation, to completion by their highly qualified teaching personnel, providing with the educational laboratory equipment, computer equipment, necessary normativnopravovy documents, educational and methodical literature according to the directions of training in them.

9. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov and the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
