About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public telebroadcasting corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Public telebroadcasting corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic" (the Erkin Too newspaper of January 10, 2012 No. 1) the following changes and amendments:

"The Jogorku Kenesh proposes 10 candidates from it by which rating vote approves 5. 2. Regarding 1 Article 15:
add part with the paragraph the thirteenth in the following edition:

3. In Article 19:
state part 3 in the following edition:
"The CEO is elected by Council for 4 years and is accountable to Council. If the number of votes, sufficient for election, was not received by any of candidates for position of the CEO of Corporation, then new competition is held.";
add Article with parts 3-1 and 3-2 of the following content:
"3-1. The CEO of Corporation cannot hold positions in the social and political and religious organizations. For the period of execution of the obligations the CEO of Corporation stops the membership in the party organizations.
