About some questions of activities of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus and its structure.
2. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. in Regulations on the special advisor to the president of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 11, 2001 No. 21 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 7, 1/1950; 2005, No. 25, 1/6232):
from Item 1 of the word "the special advisor to the president of the Republic of Belarus-the plenipotentiary of the President of the Republic of Belarus in National assembly of the Republic of Belarus" to exclude;
state Item 15 in the following edition:
"15. The president of the Republic of Belarus can give to the assistants other authority which is not specified in this Provision.";
exclude the Section "Features of Powers of the Special Advisor to the President of the Republic of Belarus Upolnomochny Representative of the President of the Republic of Belarus in National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus";
the second offer of part one of Item 18 to state in the following edition: "The special advisor to the president of the Republic of Belarus - the chief area, Minsk inspector is provided with also legal acts of relevant organs of local authority and self-government.";
