About additional measures for providing sales warranties of the rights and legitimate interests of children

For the purpose of assistance of realization of the rights and legitimate interests of children, following the results of the All-Ukrainian meeting on protection of the rights of the child I decide:

1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

1) to take immediate measures concerning enhancement of procedure for the direction of children on treatment abroad;

2) in three-months time:

develop taking into account experience of the cities of Donetsk, Kirovohrad, Chernivtsi and approve regulations on the social apartment for orphan children, children deprived of parent care and children from families which are in difficult vital circumstances, and also to promote studying and distribution of such experience in regions of Ukraine;

take measures concerning enhancement of supervising, social, educational and scheduled maintenance of ugolovnoispolnitelny inspection during control of behavior of the minors exempted from serving sentence with testing or conditional ahead of schedule;

3) in six-months time:

develop and submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the bill of introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About leaves" concerning provision to one of parents tutors of orphanage of family type of the right to child care leave before achievement of three-year age by it for child care from among children pupils;

take in accordance with the established procedure measures concerning regulation of questions of licensing of activities of physical litspredprinimatel which provide educational services in the field of out-of-school education;

provide studying of experience of activities of the center of social support of children and families "Ray of hope" (Makarovsky district of Kiev region), by its results to handle issues concerning distribution of such experience and approval of standard regulations on the center of social support of children and families;
