This Procedure determines the procedure of forming and maintaining the list of subjects of managing which provide services in mediation in employment, and subjects of managing which perform employment of workers for further accomplishment of work by them in Ukraine at other employers (further - the list).
2. Subjects of managing which according to articles 36-39 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" provide services in mediation in employment are subject to inclusion in the list and perform employment of workers for further accomplishment of work by them in Ukraine at other employers (further - intermediaries).
3. The list is public and is created for the purpose of providing:
