According to the Law of Ukraine "About accession of Ukraine to the European agreement concerning work of crews of the vehicles which are carrying out the international motor transportations (EUTR)", article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" as subitem 26 of subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 387, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2007 No. 914 "About accomplishment of the European agreement concerning work of crews of the vehicles which are carrying out the international motor transportations (EUTR)" I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the list of the subjects of managing performing installation and maintenance of control devices (tachographs) in automotive vehicles which is applied.
2. To provide to department of road transport provision of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Efimenko K. O.
