According to subitems 4 and 5 of Item 3 of the Procedure for delegation of power on management of corporate laws of the state I ORDER to subjects of the management of objects of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 05, 2012 No. 1146,:

1. Approve enclosed:

form of the feasibility statement on feasibility of delegation of power on management of corporate laws of the state;

form of information on delegation of power on management of corporate laws of the state to subjects of management of objects of state-owned property.

2. To department of the relations of property (Maximov O. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
