About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About protection of the population in case of emergency situations"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 5, 2002

Article 1. "About protection of the population in case of emergency situations" (further - the Law) to add article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with new part of the following content:

"objects especially importance - the objects of the increased danger of the state and strategic importance providing life activity of the population.".

Article 2. To add article 4 of the Law with the subitem "e" and new part of the following content:

"e) organization of training of the population.

Preventive actions for protection of the population are performed according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. In article 12 of the Law:

a) in the subitem "e" to exclude the words "in six-months time";

b) add Article with the subitem "z":

"h) approves for the purpose of assistance to victims in case of emergency situation the procedure for creation of financial, food, medical and material other inventories, funds provided by authorized body and their uses.".

Article 4. To add the subitem "g" of article 13 of the Law after the words "in case of emergency situations" with the words "according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia".

Article 5. To add the subitem "v" of article 14 of the Law after the word of "powers" with the words "and for this purpose create necessary specialized forming".

Article 6. To add article 17 of the Law with new part of the following content:

"Objects especially of importance provide the immediate notification and protection of the population living in zone of possible dangerous impact.".

Article 7. This Law becomes effective from the moment of its official publication.
