1. General provisions

1.1. These rules are developed with the purpose to provide execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About enforcement of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About receipt of information on the environment" of April 18, 2002 to No. 689 and establish rules of determination of sources of financing of provision of information on the environment and the amount of its payment.
